What do I mean when I say me against myself? I personally don’t know if I can even really answer that question without saying how I feel.
Anxiety- the body’s reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It’s the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. Everyday, there is people pretending they have anxiety. They fully think inside, anxiety is just a mental breakdown- well it’s not. It is much more than that.
It is feeling there is 30 pounds sitting on your chest and you can’t breath. It is not being able to speak for yourself. It is feeling paranoid that somebody is talking about you, staring at you, or feeling that you are out of the norm. It’s not normal, nor is it fair.
